Indiana gets a bad rap sometimes. Many see the state as a lesser version of Ohio or as the really boring state you have to drive through to get to Chicago. In reality the Indiana outdoors have a lot to offer. The southern half of the state is covered with rugged foothills which has led to a wealth of incredible parks in that region like the waterfall filled Clifty Falls State Park and Brown County State Park: A park full of sweeping views of the Indiana foothills.
