Columbia Beach Falls

Crest: 14 feet
Difficulty to reach: Easy
Water flow level: Moderate
Address: Columbia Park, Bay Village, Ohio
Columbia Beach Falls is one of the few known waterfalls (and likely the most impressive) that cascade directly into Lake Erie. The waterfall is located in the small Columbia Park which also includes a 5-foot waterfall upstream from this one. You can view Columbia Beach Falls from the overlook deck perched at the top of the falls or from its base on the shore of Lake Erie.
Getting to Columbia Beach Falls
Begin at the park’s lot and walk across the road to reach the overlook deck above the falls. To view the falls from its base, take the steps down to the beach. Note: These steps are closed December through March.
